A toast for my Resurrection! Part II
I have this awful awful habit of trashing aside things. Well don’t blame me, im sooo busy and bossy! He he, no-uh, im not bossy, maybe a bit, but all the while im busy~!
Anyway, I haven’t posted anything new for a while but I’m here and reinventing myself. Now that is cool!
Ever wonder why they coined such a term as a “toast”? as in cheers or wine glass raising rituals? Well, its actually a Scottish tradition of putting a piece of toast, as in bread toast at the bottom of the wine glass. How gross does that get? The toast would be all soggy just like soggy fries which I detest. Anyway, I don’t think that they thought of how it might ruin a precious wine. Hey, maybe it wont even do damage? What do I know? I’ve got cuties circling around mah head… don’t even care!

its so frustrating...
but right now, im no longer thinking about what I used to think;
that I was too much of a mediocre to pass the UPCAT; that I cant cope up with their curriculum...
right now, I am directing myself into thinking that God might be steering me to another direction apart from my ambitions. its been really strange because i have been experiencing weird stuff lately like spiritual wisdom.
i now I didnt do quite as well as others, but i know i did my best. they say it isnt over yet.
but i feel that its over for me. I dont want to xpect much anymore, or even xpect less.
I HOLD NO REGRETS for having asked God's help on this. I'm sure that whatever the outcome is, Its the best that could possibly be.

My Nirvana
If Buddha set up an eightfold noble path to attain nirvana, I also have my own. Tell me if you agree or disagree with me.
8. ACHIEVE A DECENT PHOTOGRAPH OF MYSELF: I’m not the most photogenic person in the world. it proves that the camera doesn’t do magic tricks on me. I look better in real life so it’s a flattery. However, a goal of mine is to be able to look good on a picture eventually because I’m not always gonna be around to flaunt my beautiful face! ( ha ha ha, I’m a lunatic )
7. Make a perfect meringue. I hate dealing with egg whites. When I make custards or flans, I save up the egg whites in my attempt to create a tropical pavlova but I always fail! The mixture just falls apart and I have been unsuccessful all throughout. I do have a flair for icing but I couldn’t get a decent one made because the recipe I know involves confectioner’s sugar and egg whites! (cringe!)
6. Pose for a Calvin klein Ad. I could picture it now, I, simply Monice, posing for an ad to promote Calvin klein’s newest scent: Scentisima!. This ad will have a debut at the back of rolling stones, billboards ( from Alaska to India ) and commercials. Then I get to have a contract with dreamworks pictures.
5. Sing in the Kodak theater, during the Oscars. That is after I win American Idol, become a DIVA and sing at the OSCARS! Of course, that will happen after my 3rd consecutive win as best actress breaking box office records and world records too. I beat Marlee Matlin as the youngest Best Actress winner. I will become a best actress playing in my first movie. Denzel Washington will tell everyone that he is amazed, not only by Dustin Hoffman or Dakota Fanning but also by Monice!
4. Be on the cover of TIME magazine. I could see it right now: the caption under my name is: Oriental’s Lady Dragon: how US Secretary of Defense saved the world from the most terrorizing plan of al qaeda in a Chanel gown and blahnik stilettos. Take that condoleeza rice! I’m not kidding on this one folks!
3. Have a star named after me. I wish to have a star named after me because I want it to shine above everyone else, each night. I love stars! And flowers! And ooh, make a flower
be named after me too! The name is Monicelila!, that would be a wildflower, coz I’m a wildflower.
2. Get married at Mt. Everest. I want a snow capped garden setting, and I demand that wedding organizers find a way to grow tropical flowers at the peak of Mt. Everest. I want myself to be able to wear a stunning diamond gown by Valentino, vintage diamond blings, original ferragamos and a long silk veil with diamonds.
1. Rearrange Sandara’s Face and pull out Anne Curtis’ voice box out of her larynx. Sounds sweet? Don’t worry, I’ll share my victory with you guys. I’ll forgive sandarac, I’ll still rearrange her face but give her money to let Dr. belo fix it,( by then, I pay Dr. Belo to make her operation go wrong…he he ). The ultimate is Anne Curtis! . If melissa’s voice is sopranong lasing, Anne’s is like a nail tip scratch against a squeaky blackboard or mahal in a more sugary sweet demeanor. How I loathe that girl! Her boobs aren’t even believable! She is so good at Behavioral “ARTS”. If had been born less fortunate, she could have followed osang’s footsteps as a Pegasus girl.
Well, my final word is that: its gonna be a long long time before I reach nirvana. And with my nirvana offering? Its tempting but nevertheless, out of this galaxy!

Is it me or are joross and hero sliding down in my scale?
I beg to disagree with leah and belle and cloe that joross is handsome/cute coz he is not. There is something wrong with his face and the bad thing is : I couldn’t tell what exactly is it. For the record, this is the first time I disagree with leah and the first time I actually agreed with deneb!
I used to go gaga over hero angeles, but now, he talks like a stale smelling showbiz person. In showbiz, nobody speaks the truth and this guy is acting like a pro in lying, exaggerating and sailing with the “winds” that take him. How Tupperware! I mean, If he do happen to like sandarac, why don’t he just say YES and not be fickle enough to change his mind that he likes Roxanne better? Even though I hate that Bitch Sandara, I salute her for being honest because I know she can’t help it and it aint easy to lie especially when you are clueless with the language.

Heart is Quitting Show biz in 2 years daw.
I read in seventeen that Heart Evangelista is planning to pursue her college schooling in San Francisco after quitting showbiz in which she is planning to stay in for 2 more years. Good for her because honestly, she could add more words in her vocabulary and her English etymological, grammatical “supot” can eventually become a sack. She is hell of an awesome dresser, but for a legally raven, she’s pretty dumb which is ironic because she grew up in the US. What a beautiful girl indeed, however, nakakahiya ang English nya, “ coz its so mali, and its so hindi tama the choices of words that she make gamit “. I really wish that we could elevate prism to that of a substantial reading material rather than a news archive. I just feel that some people are taking it for granted and I cannot blame them coz even I, try so hard not to take it for granted. Some stuff is boring and all, but let us all understand that the school paper is still a school copyright and the staffers don’t own it. The thing is, Ruth, Portia, elm, Kent, I and everybody else hope to make it worth the price the students pay. Maybe it should be a little more opinionated and free. A stunt man doesn’t feel that he is one without hurting himself or breaking a few bones. I, as a “writer” feel that way too. Hell yes, I am going to try to express some of my opinion if there is a need.
I was also thinking of more gossips and feature articles plus a glossy cover, 139 page magazine with a monthly release, an office for the prism with private offices for the editors and press ID’s and sponsors, publishers, international exportation…the list goes on (actually You could tell I’m dreaming). But this goal is very much unachievable even if we host a thousand fund raisers and bake sales.

Reality shows are so cool. American Idol, Amazing Race, Punked… yadadadada. That is of course with the exemption of lovey dovey reality shows that stink a landfill ( who falls in love infront of the camera?).
Well, dig this: America’s next top model. Sort of like SCQ-American Idol, except of course, they are on the lookout for models. I guess 6 are left.
They all look gorgeous, but the attitudes SUCK! Some of them are acting like rude, obnoxious “celebrities”. If models are suppose to act like that, then I guess they should permanently add fashion to model because they obviously don’t live up to the original meaning of the word. Someone to look up to? Pathetic. If I was to learn from those? Bite me coz I’m looking soooooo down on them.

I’ve heard this question in so many instances. To be honest, it’s fairly monotonous in beauty pageants and are you kidding me? These girls actually choose being smart than being beautiful (isn’t it ironic that it is so darn obvious that they cared so much of their beauty when they signed up for it?) Duh, my point is: people should be less predictable and untruthful about their answers.
As for me (whatever if nobody cares of my opinion), I was unfortunate to be born looking like anyone just standing on a corner and not getting a single glance except when I become the klutz that I am in public. But who cares? Being average isn’t a bad thing. Its only less than 2 percent of the population who are head turners ( even lesser maybe ), I mean, look how limited they are, who are honored to be hailed as one of the 50 most beautiful in people magazine. Double Duh.
Thankfully, God didn’t leave me breathing like a loser in a world that he made for all of us. That’s the good thing (not to mention everything God is good), God never leaves us without any stand out factor. I stand out because of how chatty I am, I stand out for how klutzy I am, I stand out because of my uncontrollable mouth. Again, that isn’t a bad thing coz at least I stand out.
I do admit that I still have a penchant for vanity. I am girl after all. Why do I feel like that? Of course, I need a husband in the future! And the painful veracity is : its is unavoidable for men to look at the shallow part of the head rather than the vital part of it, or the “unprofound” part of the chest rather than what’s inside the heart. Talk about the stepford wives!
Whatever, If I don’t do well on the vanity department, that doesn’t bother me coz I know that vanity isn’t the only thing that can make me go on.

Spiderman! Wohoo! Im so excited. I am in love with spiderman coz his suits fits him just rightttttt! He he, kidding aside, I think the second installment is more “comics” than the first one. Plus, mary jane and spidey heats up! But did you guys know that superheroes are not supposed to be tied to just one woman? They just cant.
Toby’s eyes are bulging! Parang pang spider talaga! I like Kirsten Dunst from the moment I saw her in interview with the vampire. Plus, her first onscreen kiss was with brad pitt! ( so you could tell how lucky she is!)
Speaking of brad pitt ( troy), he was sooo hot as Achilles. The movie was nice. Prior to the movie, I thought that the Trojans were the villains, but in the movie, they labeled Paris as the genuine lover and not the abductor that I thought him to be. Could you believe that I cried a lot in that movie? I guess it was at that part when king Priam asked for Hector’s body and when Achilles saved briseis. I just cried. Weird.

in hoooked to endless love summer scent because the sceneries are breathtaking. I do have A secret penchant for flowers, I love them so I like summer in korea.
sonye jin ( abby) was amazing, but I dont like how timid and girly she is, malayo and personality namin. to be honest, mas nakarelate ako kay san cai kasi pareho kami average looking ( closer to pangit on my part), and san cai's personality is strong and tough.
Im so scared kasi having heart complications ( like abby) is nothing new in my family. In fact, my papa and mama was scaring my sister" maimai" aka young "harte E." becoz she wont eat any veggies just meat.
my road to "vegetarianism" is not doing good coz sometimes burgers and steak are too tempting! I eat meat na, I think it was over 2 weeks of may when I just ate veggies: as in steamed veggies, raw lettuce leaves, carrots, just h2O, and eggs fried in water(sunny side up), it was torture. Im gonna find new ways to diet.

ok, I had a haircut yesterday and I feel great!
my mom hated it, and so did everybody else. I know I will hate it eventually because I only feel good about my haircut for 3 days.
The guy/gay at the salon layered it!( cringe ). The original intention was just to snip off a few inches, but he told me he would add bangs and I argued just side bangs.
so now, I have layers and side bangs. i look older, more mature and thats not a good thing.
the worst part? I went to the mall afterwards and some idiots riding on the jeepney yelled at me: "sandara!"
cringe! I hate sandara and its just the hair that matched. thankful, its looking more un-sandara everyday!

crush ko to! taek expert. lots of girls go bonkers over this guy. i, honestly dont know, what is it with this guy. he's not tall, dark or that handsome but he sizzles with appeal. leah and I were talking about this guy and I forgot to tell her that sometimes I feel that I like him, sometimes I dont. Sometimes I find him soooo fiiiine, though at times I find him uggles....I even have visions (or am I just hallucinating?) or heartbeat that skips a hundred beats. sometimes i am tempted to thinking that I met him in my past life, but duh, that's what any fanatic would say. maybe I am just being the drama queen that I am.
but hey, I know in reality, that would never happen.

I am so into asian tv shows because of the interesting story plot and the beautiful actresses .... here are my picks..
